February 17, 2015 Board Meeting Agenda Item #33 Title APPROVAL OF THE SUPERINTENDENT'S FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR THE MONTH ENDING DECEMBER 31, 2014 Description The Superintendent's Financial Statements for the month ending December 31, 2014 does not reflect any unexpected trends for the second quarter of the 2014-2015 fiscal year.  Expenditures are anticipated to exceed revenues at year end in the General Fund because of the use of unassigned fund balance included in the adopted budget.    Recommendation That the Board approves the Superintendent's Financial Statements for the month ending December 31, 2014 as presented.
